Job Title: Technical Support Engineer - UX
Location: Orlando, FL, 32826 (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $25/hr. - $35/hr.
Responsibilities: Be a Customer Advocate providing support to users/administrators of our platform. Understand our platform, cloud technologies and troubleshooting. Resolve technical cases?created by customers looking for?help to understand or?troubleshoot unexpected?behaviors. Required Skills: Expertise with scripting languages such as JavaScript . Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle). Knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST).
