This role involves developing expertise within the customer support department, mentoring junior team members, and requires a customer-facing demeanor with robust interpersonal skills. Manage and resolve complex technical issues for partners and customers. Develop subject matter expertise within the customer support department. Mentor junior team members in various technologies. Quickly gain an understanding of the platform and contribute to the collaborative environment. Be flexible with the work schedule, including potential evening, weekend shifts, and holidays, besides undergoing USFedPASS background screening.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong object-oriented programming in Java and JavaScript. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong commitment to quality and customer service.
