Pay Range: $30 to $35.71

Job Summary:

In this exciting role, you will leverage your expertise to solve complex performance issues on the platform, making direct improvements to database performance and application efficiency. You'll utilize advanced tools such as BigData, Splunk, and Grafana to monitor and enhance system functionality, contributing significantly to ensuring optimal performance and availability. This is a critical customer-facing position requiring a blend of strong technical skills and exceptional interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Remediate outages and optimize performance on the platform.

Utilize tools like BigData, Splunk, and Grafana to monitor system health.

Perform database optimizations, including tuning and maintenance.

Review and optimize Javascript and Java application code for performance.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify and resolve root causes of performance issues.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong commitment to quality and customer service.

Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle).

Proficiency in Java and at least one scripting language (JavaScript preferred).
