This position will cover a territory of California, Idaho, Oregon, WashingtonIn this role, you will:Actively prospecting, identifying, and close high-value opportunities across diverse industries.Manage key accounts and strengthen relationships with strategic customers through proactive engagementExecute regional sales plans that align with company objectives, targeting long-term growth and increased market share within the territory.Build and maintain lasting partnerships by understanding client needs, addressing challenges, and identifying new areas of value.Partner closely with marketing, applications, and support teams to ensure alignment in go-to-market strategy and overall customer experience.Oversee and support channel partners as needed to maximize regional reach and effectiveness.Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and maintain a strong competitive edge. RequirementsBachelor's degree in engineering, technical, or scientific field preferredMUST reside in the assign position territory: California, Idaho, Oregon, Washington7-10 years of experience in local sales account managementProven track record in technical solution selling; electronics/sensors industry a plusConsistent achievement of sales targets and development of strategic accountsAbility to translate complex technical products into customer valueSkilled in sales planning, budgeting, forecasting, and CRM toolsKnowledge of market analysis and go-to-market strategy developmentDemonstrated leadership and initiative in driving business objectivesHighly organized with strong administrative capabilitiesExcellent communication skills written and verbalProven success in building and maintaining strategic customer relationshipsBenefitsBase Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 Bonus potentialComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement savingsPaid vacation and holidaysA culture of collaboration and innovation where your contributions make a real difference#LI-REMOTE
