Business System Analyst Remote System Integration Concepts - working with various internal and external teams to implement and support connected systems. Basic understanding of integration methods: Real-Time APIs (SOAP/REST), SSO/SAML SnapLogic experience would be ideal, but familiarity with middleware and ETL concepts would be needed

Database - SQL Server, Oracle Ability to create and troubleshoot SQL logic (queries, stored procedures, access issues)

Windows Basic understanding of Windows elements to aid in triage efforts (RDP connectivity, scheduled tasks, CPU utilization)

ServiceNow, Jira Would be working with requests so familiarity with these (or similar) platforms

SQL Server Reporting Services - ePostRx does have an SSRS component that we rely on the vendor for support. There's not much work here but could be beneficial to have some inside expertise. #DICE kgohmann@c4techservices.com
