The Work At Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems, we are seeking a Network System Engineer to participate on Moorestown, New Jersey design teams for computing infrastructure, primarily as a computer network designer or architect. In this role, you will participate in network engineering activities including the following: • Design, development, deployment • Integration and test • Product selection • Network architecture design and development • Deployment, maintenance and troubleshooting • Product selection • Integration with external systems • Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability • Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure • Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures

#rmshotmiljobs Desired skills • Experience with Network automation. • Experience with coding / scripting / automation / orchestration platforms (Python, Ansible), including interfacing with APIs. • Experience with design, provisioning, and troubleshooting of WAN and LAN connectivity technologies (i.e. MPLS, LACP). • Experience working with both technical and non-technical staff. • Experience with priority queuing, Class of Service (CoS), and Quality of Service (QoS). • Experience with Cisco appliances (switches, routers, firewalls) and Cisco IOS configuration development and maintenance. • Experience in an Agile workflow environment. • Strong leadership, administrative, and interpersonal skills. • Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE or equivalent).
