Job Title: Systems Engineer 5 Location: Everett, WA

Job Responsibilities: Utilize modeling, simulation, and data analytics for reliability and maintainability assessments. Act as a technical expert, collaborating with design teams throughout the product lifecycle. Contribute to defining technical performance measures like schedule reliability and maintenance costs. Support design for reliability and safety, including failure analysis and certification support. Engage with suppliers, partners, and customers to ensure optimal airplane performance. Participate in team efforts and manage multiple projects and assignments.

Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry. 14+ years of engineering experience, with 5+ years in reliability engineering for aviation. Proficiency in Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and related software tools. Experience in airplane systems design or engineering analysis. Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools. Strong project planning and technical leadership skills.
