The position has multiple levels. Essential Job Functions: Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure the delivery of compatible production systems, aligned with system architectures such as DoDAF and SOA. Contribute to the development of systems engineering documentation including System Engineering Plans, Capabilities Documents, Requirements Specifications, and Interface Control Documents. Assist in developing system and functional requirements and allocate them to hardware, software, and personnel components. Coordinate resolution of action items from CCB meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews requiring cross-discipline coordination. Participate in an IPT to design new capabilities considering development and operational factors. Minimum Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship due to access requirements. Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited institution. Security Clearance: TS/SCI with Poly. Level 3: 20+ years of experience in similar programs; 5 years can substitute for a degree. Level 2: 14+ years of experience; 5 years can substitute for a degree. Additional qualifications include experience in SIGINT collection, analysis, reporting, and familiarity with government tools and command support. Pay Range: The salary ranges are: Level 2: $195,000 - $235,000 Level 3: $222,000 - $274,000 Benefits include medical, vision, dental, PTO, holidays, 401K, and development opportunities.
