Intezra, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to support a fast-paced team integrating mobile automation and testing capabilities. You’ll work directly with mission stakeholders to automate and manage mission-critical mobile devices, infrastructure, and dataflows. This is a high-impact role that blends hands-on systems engineering with strategic collaboration—supporting operational scenarios and improving workflows that are essential to mission success.
As a key contributor to a highly visible mobile technology initiative, you’ll help design, document, and deliver tools and capabilities that reduce operational complexity, improve data integrity, and streamline the testing and deployment of new features in production systems.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and support highly complex, mission-critical dataflows.
Coordinate with Operations and Capability teams to enable automated testing across systems.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal data consumers and data repository stakeholders.
Collaborate with analysts and engineers to resolve issues related to data quality and integrity.
Design and document mission CONOPs (Concepts of Operations) in a clear and structured manner.
Develop and implement test plans to support system readiness.
Document tool development efforts, testing strategies, and deployment processes.
Monitor tools and dataflows as they transition into production environments.
Support operational testing scenarios and contribute to agile delivery cycles.
Skills Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong experience working directly with mission customers in fast-paced environments.
Experience using documentation and visualization tools (e.g., Confluence, Gliffy, Visio) to explain system behavior.
Strong analytical abilities to assess complex systems and data automation processes.
Experience developing or contributing to system engineering management plans (SEMPs).
Familiarity with defining and allocating system and functional requirements.
Ability to automate test cases using scripting tools and test automation frameworks.
Experience working in agile, iterative development environments.
Demonstrated ability to support production transitions and monitor deployed systems for operational health.
Nice to Haves:
Knowledge of mobile platforms, mobile infrastructure, and device automation.
Experience troubleshooting or integrating distributed systems.
Background in CI/CD pipelines and related automation tools.
Minimum Qualifications:
12+ years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (4 additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree).
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.

Salary:
Salary at Intezra is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $200,000 to $260,000 (annualized USD).
