Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams from project kickoff through close-out. Manage complex, large-scale projects with technical depth and strategic importance. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule alignment. Build and maintain strong client relationships and represent the team in key meetings. Drive deliverable development through collaborative work sessions. Balance staffing and workload across the project lifecycle. Monitor financial performance and adjust efforts to meet business goals. Partner with leadership for project reviews and continuous improvement. Implement QA/QC procedures and mentor junior project managers. What You Bring
Proven experience in substation and power engineering. Strong knowledge of protection and control, physical and schematic design. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. 1+ years of relevant experience. EIT or PE certification preferred. Experience with power delivery projects is a plus. Why Join Us?

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
