Your Impact

Lead & Manage:</strong> Take charge of structural engineering projectsoverseeing everything from initial concept to final delivery with precision, clarity, and creativity.

Partner with Leadership: Serve as the Directors right hand in Atlanta, playing a vital role in firm-wide strategic direction and decision-making.

Client-Facing Excellence: Build and maintain client relationships while representing the firm with professionalism and technical authority.

Explore & Expand Your Expertise:</strong> Post-tension design experience is a bonusbut a willingness to learn new areas like wood design is a must.

Influence Across Regions: In Greenville and Charlotte , leadership potential is essentialengineers in these locations may take charge of satellite team development.

What We're Looking For

PE license with ~10 years of experience in structural engineering

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines efficiently

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and internal coordination

Experience with post-tension design a plus, but not required

Enthusiasm for learning and expanding into new design domains such as timber structures

Interest in mentoring junior staff and contributing to firm culture
