This Opportunity
FPA is currently searching for a full-time Structural Engineer in our Wall , New Jersey Office. We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer with 3 to 10 years of experience in building design.

Responsibilities Perform structural analysis and design of buildings and related structures in accordance with local and national codes. Develop structural plans, details, specifications, and calculations. Collaborate with other engineering and architectural disciplines to create integrated design solutions. Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and support construction administration activities. Conduct field inspections and site visits as needed. Assist with project planning, scoping, and client coordination. Ensure quality and accuracy of work through reviews and coordination. Contribute to mentoring and supporting junior staff as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred). EIT certification preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or plan to attain PE license in the future. 3 to 10 years of experience in structural design of buildings. Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as RISA, ETABS, RAM, or STAAD. Experience with Revit and AutoCAD for developing construction documents. Solid understanding of applicable building codes (IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, ACI, etc.). Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment. Compensation
The projected compensation range for this position is $75,000 to $125,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, education and skill set.
