Structural Engineer (100% Remote)
One of the top nuclear engineering firms in the United States is looking to add a Structural Engineer to their team! If you have expertise in structural analysis and design for nuclear power plants, industrial facilities, or similar environments, we want to hear from you. Job Description:
As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for: Performing structural analysis (static or response spectra) for seismic and other load combinations per plant criteria Designing equipment and piping supports, building structural frames, and foundations Conducting piping or pipe support analysis per ASME Section III or B31.1 design requirements Developing lifting assembly, rigging, or crane designs Applying AISC steel and ACI concrete design codes Conducting component stress analysis (GTSTRUDL or ANSYS) Performing plant impact reviews and evaluations Assessing existing structures and developing retrofit designs Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering from an accredited . college Experience working with nuclear power plants, industrial facilities, power plants, or relevant project types Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and seismic analysis Must be based in Central or Eastern time zones Why Join Us?

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $90.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
