Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Engineer PE position include: Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required (multi-state licensure a plus) Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Minimum 5 years of structural design experience, ideally in cold-formed steel or prefabricated systems Proficient in Revit and familiar with BIM coordination workflows Proficient with structural design tools such as RISA, CFS, RAM, or similar software Design and stamp structural calculations for cold-formed steel framing systems and shop drawings Collaborate with BIM Coordinators to integrate structural and architectural models Support robotic layout tools (e.g., Dusty Robotics) to improve field accuracy Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards such as IBC, AISI, and ASTM Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
