What you ’ll do We are seeking a Lead Support Engineer to oversee and deliver high-level technical support, ensuring the stability and performance of our critical storage systems. In this role, you will lead troubleshooting efforts, mentor team members, and implement solutions that drive operational excellence. Specifically, you will: Continuously monitor the health and performance of storage systems to preemptively identify and resolve issues before they impact business operations. Install, configure, and fine-tune block, file, and object storage systems to meet the specific needs of our organization. Quickly and effectively troubleshoot any issues that arise with storage systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining business continuity. Maintain the schedule of offshore teams, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration across different time zones. Serve as the main point of contact between storage support teams and other IT departments, facilitating communication and project alignment. Create and maintain detailed documentation for storage systems operations, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across the team. Respond to storage-related incidents promptly, managing the resolution process to restore services and mitigate any adverse impacts.
What’s required
At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting block storage (e.g., Dell PowerMax, PureStorage), file storage (e.g., Isilon, NetApp), or object storage (e.g., Dell ECS, StorageGrid) systems. Proficiency in scripting using Bash, Ansible, and Python to automate routine tasks and deploy configuration changes across storage environments. A good understanding of data protection products such as Rubrik, Cohesity, and DataDomain, with the ability to implement and manage backup and recovery processes. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide solutions under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams, coordinate with other departments, and provide clear and concise documentation. Commitment to the highest ethical standards

The annual base salary range for this role is $175,000-$225,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
