WHAT YOU'LL DO - As a Staff Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and execution of a wide range of land development projects - from residential subdivisions to commercial developments. Your responsibilities will include: Designing and engineering site layouts, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadways. Interpreting and navigating zoning ordinances and regulatory requirements to ensure project compliance. Providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptual design to construction oversight. collaborating with architects, planners, environmental consultants, and other specialists to create cohesive, client-focused solutions. Promoting innovative and sustainable design practices, including green infrastructure and smart growth strategies. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of two years of relevant experience in land development. Strong knowledge of site design, stormwater management, and regulatory processes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software. PE license preferred, or actively working toward licensure. Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work collaboratively and engage with clients and project stakeholders.
