Optimize AMAT CENTURA WCVD equipment to match process performance across tools and maximize output. Qualify new equipment, new raw materials, and new consumable parts. Assist process engineering with new qualifications. Develop and monitor process and equipment measurements to improve quality. Provide training to equipment technicians for new tools and procedures. Design, prototype, and deploy equipment upgrades. Conduct root cause investigation of discrepant material and implement yield improvement programs. Integrate Semiconductor manufacturing process and equipment engineering improve yield, quality, cost, and cycle time. Analyze cycle time and equipment availability/utilization metrics. Write operating and equipment maintenance specifications. Partner with manufacturing operations to continuously improve factory performance. Perform inventory management of critical spare parts, consumables, and repair loops. Mentor junior engineers in the group.
