What you´ll do To succeed in this role, the individual must effectively perform each key function listed below, demonstrating the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Lead quality investigations and drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support 3PM operations with technical guidance, batch disposition, and quality control training.
Manage customer and supplier quality processes, including complaints, audits, APQP, PPAP, and NCMRs.
Develop and maintain quality systems and documentation in compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
Drive quality performance metrics and lead initiatives to improve FTQ, reduce complaints, and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements.
What makes you a good fit Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineer perferred) or related technical field required.
4+ years in a manufacturing environment with quality or technical experience, automotive industry preferred.
Understanding of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements with practical application in the automotive industry
Strong knowledge of Control Plans, PFMEA and Flow Chart development.
Domestic travel requirements
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Ability to perform multiple tasks and the ability to effectively manage time.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, Six Sigma or statistical experience preferred.
Prior experience of handling different analytical equipment such as rheometer, DSC, DMA, TGA, spectroscopy is preferred.
Prior working experience in rubber, PVC, Epoxy or polyurethane chemistry is preferred. Basic understanding of structure property relationship is preferred.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.

The salary for this role is $95000.00 - $105000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
