Responsibilities & Skills Job Summary: As a key member of our team, you will develop new algorithms for Place and Route, implement features, support new FPGA products, optimize performance, improve engine quality, and create unit tests to ensure high-quality deliverables. Required Skills: BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering 12+ years of industry experience in Place and Route development Strong background in data structures and algorithms Proficiency in C++ Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and in a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with Verilog/VHDL, multi-processing, and FPGA architectures is a plus Benefits The role offers a base salary between $200,000 and $250,000 per year, plus bonus incentives and equity options, providing a competitive total compensation package.
