Must Have 3 years of experience in information systems environment and/or system analysis or development 5 years of previous project management experience 5 years experience in the medical device industry in systems, digital or software development with a proven track record Key Skills Required Ability to analyze and understand complex systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills to summarize areas of opportunity for a product Experience in hardware manufacturing initiatives and medical devices quality system documentation Main Responsibilities Interacting with SMEs to produce an end-to-end product analysis from requirements and architecture to manufacturing Identification of areas of need in the product Collaborating with Business to create recommendations and next features/work for the product Position Responsibilities Manage the assessment, development, and prioritization of needs to determine the current state of products and services Leverage understanding of business strategy to create a vision and roadmap for products Gather and manage requirements to ensure they meet the demands of key stakeholders Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to deliver required features Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and problem-solving Communicate with stakeholders to ensure end products or processes solve business problems Differentiating Factors Autonomy: Works independently under limited supervision to develop solutions Organizational Impact: Contributes to work group objectives through building relationships and consensus Innovation and Complexity: Provides in-depth analysis and recommendations on process improvements Communication and Influence: Engages with senior internal and external customers and vendors
