Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from project inception to completion, by aligning client requirements with cutting-edge technology solutions and ensuring software compliance with standards and end-user requirements within a hybrid cloud setup. Collaborate with Product Teams to translate business needs into technical specifications, refining application details, and leveraging AI/ML solutions in specialty healthcare. Review product specifications, develop strategies, and maintain an architectural roadmap for software and environmental needs. Recommend for changes in development, maintenance, and system standards, as well as challenge functional and technical requirements. Provide mentorship to the team in advanced design and engineering methodologies, performance analysis of existing systems, and proposing design alternatives to meet or surpass system SLAs. Foster a productive agile environment by closely collaborating with stakeholders, frequent deployment, and continuous inspection and adaptation.
