The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our innovative team. This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to play a pivotal role in designing and building our customer data platform. We are a data-driven company focused on delivering highly effective targeting and optimization solutions for the direct mail channel. Roles And Responsibilities You will design, develop, and deploy scalable and robust software solutions for our next-generation CDMP. You will help lead the implementation of our new platform using an agentic framework, leveraging AI-powered development tools to accelerate and optimize the software development lifecycle. You will design and develop advanced features in our internal and external-facing applications. You will create and enhance reporting and analytics capabilities, providing clients with actionable insights into their campaign performance. You will mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. You will ensure the security, reliability, and performance of our applications within the AWS cloud environment.

Required Skills And Qualifications Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer with a track record of successfully shipping high-quality software. Experience building and deploying with AI, familiarity with agentic frameworks and AI-powered dev tools. Strong proficiency in C# and JavaScript. Deep understanding of cloud-native application development, with significant experience in AWS services (e.g., S3, EC2, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB). Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases. Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries: Nuxt, React, Angular, Vue. Experience with API design & development: RESTful APIs, GraphQL. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional preferred experience: Machine learning, data science workflows, proficiency in Python, AdTech or MarTech industry.
