As a Senior SRE Engineer, you will play a key role in our San Jose team, maintaining and developing core services essential for platform compute. Why work at Adobe Experience Platform? Because we ensure operational excellence over petabytes of data daily. What You'll Do Manage and enhance our core compute and query services focusing on scalability and reliability. Design, develop, and test software systems or applications for improvements and new products, including cloud-based tools. Perform SRE and DevOps tasks to ensure system operation and maintenance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement standard software engineering practices. Work with technologies like Spark, Kubernetes, Terraform, MongoDB, Databricks, Snowflake, Elastic Search, and new emerging tools. What You Need To Succeed Minimum 5 years of proven experience in SRE/DevOps practices. Good coding skills; Java is a plus. Experience with Unix/Linux system administration and programming. Experience with Kubernetes and Spark is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively. Strong knowledge of cloud systems and internet-related tools. Salary range for this position in the U.S. is $133,900 – $242,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
