Dare to make an impact?  What you'll do Development of project scopes, project planning, preparation of cost estimates, feasibility studies and reports, management of budgets and schedules, project management, supervision of contractors, oversight of equipment installation, and equipment start-up with focus on sustainability.
Drives implementation of sustainability initiatives for adhesive manufacturing facilities across North America.
Completes a variety of engineering assignments throughout a project's life cycle, applying sustainability concepts and analysis techniques to planning, design, construction, and operational activities.
Support the North America Henkel Adhesive Operation Sustainability Manager for tasks related to corporate sustainability initiatives (e.g. policy and process development).
Travel up to 40% of the time to Henkel locations in North America.
What makes you a good fit Education & Professional Requirements The successful candidate would be based at either Elgin IL, Mentor OH, Salisbury NC, Richmond MO, Bay Point CA, and will be a self-starter, versatile, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing, managing, and executing capital projects in chemical or industrial manufacturing.
Experience in managing multiple capital projects with regards to sustainability or utility infrastructure at levels greater than $1 MM. Some perks of joining Henkel Globally wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programs

This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
