A leading manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Senior OT Network Engineer to design, implement, and optimize secure Operational Technology (OT) networks that drive Industry 4.0 transformation. Key Responsibilities
Architect, configure, and deploy resilient wired and wireless OT network solutions to support automation and industrial connectivity.
Lead advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex OT network issues, ensuring uptime and operational reliability.
Collaborate with engineering, IT, and cybersecurity teams to integrate ICS, SCADA, IIoT, and other smart manufacturing technologies.
Establish and enforce OT network security standards and architecture aligned with industry best practices (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
7+ years in network engineering, including at least 3 years within industrial or OT environments.
Proven track record designing and managing OT network infrastructure in manufacturing or plant settings.
Active CCNP Enterprise or CCNP Industrial certification (CCIE, CCNA Industrial, CISSP, or ISA/IEC 62443 preferred).
IoT exposure is important

Location: Indianapolis, IN - Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 remote)
Travel: Up to 20%
Salary: $130K - $145K + 15% target bonus
