Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy functional networks including LAN, WLAN, VPN, SD-WAN, WAN, MAN, and SDN architectures.

Configure and install physical and virtualized network devices such as servers, routers, firewalls, and switches.

Monitor network performance, integrity, and security across cloud and local infrastructures.

Provide Tier 3 support by troubleshooting escalated issues from lower support tiers.

Automate network tasks and monitor their effectiveness.

Manage enterprise wired and wireless infrastructures leveraging MPLS, VLAN, VRFs, and VxLAN technologies.

Apply in-depth knowledge of communication protocols (TCP/IP) and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).

Implement and maintain network security and access control models.

Utilize scripting languages like Python and Perl for automation and troubleshooting.

Employ diagnostic and monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and Splunk.

Work with network operating systems including JUNOS and Cisco IOS.

Exhibit sharp troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Professional certifications preferred (e.g., CCNP, CCDP, CCIE).
