RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead agile-scrum software development. Responsible for on time delivery of software versions Participate in the creation of the software roadmap Initiate and lead software development process improvements Overall responsibility for Software architecture BACKGROUND PROFILE: Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or Comparable Experience 10 years of experience developing software. 3 years of experience leading / managing software development Experience leading software development using agile methodology Familiar with software development tools and utilities including development environments and bug tracking utilities Familiar with C++ and C# programming Experience with Semiconductor equipment and SEMI communication standards – SECS/GEM Experience developing software or leading SW development in multi-disciplinary environment. Experience facing customers Strong leadership skills 10% travel to include domestic and international trips
