Position Summary Seeking a Contentstack SME / Systems Engineer to lead scoping, technical requirements, implementation, and support of new features, including reporting, expanding product integrations with Contentstack and Graphite, and authoring/editing features including GAI. Primary Responsibilities Develop advanced content authoring capabilities, improve content management analytics, ensure compliance, and enable GAI authoring experiences for writers. Analyze data, build hypotheses, experiment, learn, and iterate to enhance content creation and delivery. Preferred Qualifications 6+ years in complex systems design and implementation; degree in CS or related field preferred. 2+ years in building and maintaining custom content management tools, workflows, automations, and integrations in Contentstack CMS. Experience with structured data in enterprise taxonomy platforms like Graphite. Expertise in large-scale content data analysis, updates, and reporting using scripting languages like Python. Experience with front-end/back-end development, preferably including TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
