Brooksource is hiring for a public sector transportation client & seeking certified Professional Engineers (P.E.) to support development projects in one of Ohios rural districts. *Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):*
* Supervise and mentor associate-level engineers and guide them through project activities
* Develop in-house plans and/or reviews designs for construction projects
* Coordinate design work with external stakeholders
* Attend project scope field reviews
* Prepare plans, design, and revisions to solve plan implementation
* Advises offices, consulting firms, and public sector entities with projects/problems in assigned area of expertise
* Operate vehicle to travel throughout district to conduct field reviews of project implementation
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* 10+ years of experience as a PE
* Experience utilizing MicroStation
* Experience utilizing other design softwares such as CADD, GeoPack, and ORD
* Knowledge of standard safety practices
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
