ACARA Solutions and our client in Scottsdale, AZ have a contract-to-hire position available (Hybrid schedule)Space Force Proposal Engineer

Workplace Options:

This position is 3 days on site with 2 days working from home. If preferred, you can also work 100% on site. While on-site, you will be a part of the MUOS team.

What sets you apart: Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with defense and aerospace industry standards and practices. Knowledge of proposal development processes and best practices (, Shipley, APMP). Familiarity with government contracts and acquisition processes. PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Required Skills / Qualifications:-Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering or Science or Engineering or Mathematics-Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel-Minimum 5 years of experience with defence and aerospace industry standards and practices.-Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal development processes and best practices (, Shipley, APMP).-Minimum 5 years of experience with government contracts and acquisition processes.
