Job Title: Sourcing Engineer Location: Fond du Lac, WI

Job Description: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with 5 to 8 years of Automotive, Marine Manufacturing industry experience as Sourcing engineer. Knowledge on supplier identification and Supplier Selection Process and Supplier Assessments for various commodities vendors. Working exposure to manufacturing processes of various engineering commodities (Casting, Forging, Sheet metal, Machined items, Plastic, Rubber, assemblies, etc.) Hands on exposure to new product development with supplier end. Technical support to vendor for process mapping, machine selection Cost calculations for reference/target cost and negotiations for new components Understanding of cost and drivers and independent cost calculations with minimal support Knowledge of RFQ Management, P2P cycle, APQP, PPAP and Supplier audit. Supplier quote analysis and providing comprehensive report / negotiation dossier to Commodity team for Price negotiation discussion with Supplier. Drawing reading, good knowledge of GD&T. Working experience of various Sourcing software, SAP and ERP systems.
