As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be partnering with sales teams to provide technical support, deliver presentations, and demonstrate the value of their software offerings to customers, focusing on data security and multi-cloud challenges. This person will be applying their technical expertise in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.
Required Skills & Experience Proven success in a customer-facing, pre-sales role, with strong communication to address IT problems and demonstrate software solutions Ability to combine technical expertise with a sales mindset Microsoft 365 expertise Azure expertise Bachelor's degree in a related field Desired Skills & Experience Microsoft 365 Certification: Fundamentals Microsoft Certification: Azure Fundamentals Google workplace experience / GCP Salesforce Experience in the public sector Security and compliance
What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities: Present and demo solutions to business and technical users Lead solution discovery, overviews, and technical sessions Build proof-of-concept environments to match client needs Contribute to RFIs/RFPs showcasing product solutions Collaborate with product management on client feedback Build relationships with key customer advocates Develop customer buying visions for cost reduction and agility
