What You Will Be Doing:

Work in conjunction with the Solutions Architects team to gather and analyze configuration requirements from clients Draft project plans containing the implementation details and timelines, including risk analysis Ensure the deadlines for implementation are met Coordinate the installation, set-up and upgrade of GlobalLink connectors with internal teams and client system integrators Coordinate and verify the configuration tasks in GlobalLink tools based on client requirements Act as the primary technical point of contact and point of technical escalation for both internal teams and external clients Assist the support team with any client configuration issues Be involved in the lifecycle of GlobalLink products by working closely with the Product Management team, reporting client technical issues and requesting new functionalities for products based on direct client exposure Assist clients with the coordination of GlobalLink connectors upgrades Become the spokesperson of the team for one or more of the GlobalLink products if desired Deploy, troubleshoot and upgrade the GlobalLink suite of products Create custom reports for clients in MySQL Mentor new team members as needed Prepare trainings and procedures to contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's work Provide trainings as needed to clients Contribute to internal projects Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the supervisor Who We Are Looking For:

Solution Engineers lead implementations of the GlobalLink Suite and the integrations with its ecosystem, including Machine Translation, CMS, eCommerce and Marketing platforms to name a few. Our team works with both internal and external clients that vary between system integrators, enterprise solution teams, business users, and linguists. Due to the wide and varied nature of client architectures, Solution Engineers gain expertise in a wide variety of applications such as Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Hybris, Drupal, and Episerver, often working in tandem with consulting engineers from these companies. Solutions Engineers are technical experts, great communicators, who are self-motivated action-takers, as we innovate to deliver leading-edge, world-class translation software solutions to help clients deliver in international markets Your experience includes: Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role Project management and client solution implementation experience Experience troubleshooting technical issues and reading logs Experience working with web technologies (web servers, application servers, Tomcat, etc.) Experience with Linux Understanding of and/or exposure to Web Content Management Systems (Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Drupal, etc.), eCommerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP [Hybris], Magento, etc.) and other Content Management Systems (Veeva, Contentful, etc.) REQUIRED SKILLS Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Effective time management skills Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Collaborative attitude Project management skills Good documentation skills Understanding of Scripting and Regular Expressions Basic knowledge of Unix Knowledge of SQL and API/Postman DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Willingness to travel to client workshops or meetings Experience working in a multicultural environment Ability to work with remote teams using online messaging Celebrate diversity and embrace new ideas and differing perspectives Be financially responsible and make sound financial decisions Knowledge of CAT Tools, Translation Environments, Translation Portals, Localization Tools, Machine Translation, Post-Editing and Terminology and Translation Memory Tools Experience with Corrective and Preventive Action processes Where Your Career Is Going:
