As a Solutions Engineer, you will not only have the opportunity to identify and solve challenges by architecting and building solutions but, more importantly, prioritize client success and work cross-functionally to help them reach their business objectives. Responsibilities - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally. Be an expert on TikTok's Ads capabilities and build trust through your deep technical expertise and customer needs. - Collaborate cross-functionally and globally to identify and capitalize on SMB opportunities through innovative, scalable solutions and best practices. - Understand the unique needs of small and medium-sized businesses and influence product roadmap with internal product teams to solve business challenges. - Build and ship new products as well as end-to-end solutions in collaboration with Ads product engineering teams. - Maintain subject matter expertise on marketing technology and API trends.

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields. - 3+ years of experience shipping production quality code - Familiar with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Python, Go, Java, C/C++. - Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Ability to collaborate with various sized stakeholder groups internally and externally. - Demonstrated knowledge of API and backend systems design. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in advertising technology working with large volume data analytics. - Experience in growing small and medium-sized businesses - Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving and development experience
