You'll be instrumental in extending, maintaining, and developing sophisticated vendor-provided tools built on Java, Python, and SpringBoot in our high-volume, high-availability environment.

As a key member of the engineering team, you'll collaborate with talented professionals to deliver robust solutions that drive our business forward while enhancing your career in financial technology.

• 5+ years of experience in Java and JavaScript (or similar object-oriented and frontend languages). (Required)
• 3+ years of experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB, Aurora). (Required)
• 3+ years of experience with AWS Cloud technology. (Preferred)
• 5+ years of experience implementing RESTful APIs and browser-based applications. (Preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in Python, Shell, or Perl. (Preferred)
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and QA integration. (Preferred)

• Proven success delivering software using Agile Scrum methodologies and industry-standard tools.
• Strong requirements elicitation and technical writing abilities, with the skill to communicate concisely and clearly to diverse audiences. (Required)
• Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools. (Required)
• Collaborative mindset with experience in successive elaboration and ability to develop Initiatives, Features, and User Stories that DevOps teams can efficiently implement. (Required)
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with demonstrated experience delivering complex business/technology initiatives and reaching insightful conclusions. (Required)
• Excellent communication skills with the proven ability to effectively engage with leadership while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence. (Required)
