Software Engineer — Conversational AI Startup
Full-time | On-site (San Francisco) | $200k–$270k + Equity

You’ll work directly with the founding team to build and scale a category-defining product for large enterprises and high-growth startups alike. If you're a product-minded engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments and finds fulfillment in shipping impactful features, this role is a high-ownership opportunity to make a significant mark.

What You'll Do

  • Own core parts of the product and infrastructure, working across the backend and frontend

  • Collaborate closely with the founders and early customers to shape the roadmap

  • Rapidly prototype, ship, and iterate on product features based on user feedback

  • Help scale the platform to meet the needs of enterprise clients

  • Contribute to a strong engineering culture focused on speed, quality, and user impact

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–10 years of experience in backend or full-stack engineering

  • Proven track record of building and shipping products in a fast-moving startup environment

  • Experience with modern backend frameworks (Python / FastAPI) and frontend technologies (React / Next.js)

  • Strong product sense and a desire to work closely with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (on-site role)

  • Visa sponsorship available

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $200,000 – $270,000

  • Equity: 0.2% – 0.6%

  • Full-time, on-site role with high growth and ownership potential
