Software Engineer

: Primary Responsibilities
Participates in all phases of the software development life-cycle from requirements gathering and design to coding and testing with cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative environment (Development Leads, Architects, Quality Engineers, DBAs, Product Managers, Healthcare experts etc.).
Develops AI enabled applications using the following tech stack: NestJS, TypeScript , Python, React.
Works with Generative APIs like OpenAI / Bedrock / Hugging Face.
Develops the data access layer that interfaces with Cloud databased like AWS Aurora, Postgress etc.
Follows industry best practices for software development. Supports junior team members on this practice.
Qualifications
Healthcare experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/related field or equivalent
3+ years development experience in an enterprise development environment or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role
Experience with one or more of : NestJS, TypeScript , Python, React.
Solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming techniques and methodologies
Good understanding of relational database design and data access methodologies using Cloud databases.
Understanding of and preferably experience building AI based applications
Ability to work with the Agile software development methodology
Fundamental knowledge of software development lifecycles and their utilization in software projects
Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work constructively in a collaborative team environment
Solid problem-solving, analytical, and design skills

In addition to the base salary, certain roles may qualify for a performance-based incentive and/or equity, with eligibility depending on the position. These rewards are based on a combination of company performance and individual achievements.
The hiring range for this position is:
