Job Description: Full Stack Engineer

Candidate's Impact: Provide innovative solutions to engage visitors and customers, helping them learn about and support the client ecosystem. Develop components and pipelines using WordPress, HTML5, ES6, CSS3, Web Components, AWS, Lambda, Typescript. Design, implement, test, and deliver scalable, high-performance products. Master and improve the development process, culture, and codebase. Operate effectively in a hybrid engineering model, ensuring quality in code and collaboration. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, UX, and performance teams to build user-friendly, stable, and scalable features. Mentor colleagues in technologies, tools, and processes. Present designs and review peer work. Develop testing strategies, automation frameworks, and write unit/functional tests.

Basic Requirements: Experience with large-scale web applications. Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript (ES6+), CSS3, TypeScript. Experience with AWS/Lambda and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, Vue, Ember. Familiarity with development tools such as Webpack, npm, Yarn. Web and responsive design experience. Understanding of web performance and security fundamentals. Knowledge of object-oriented development and MVC. Experience mentoring engineers. Ability to own projects and multitask. Strong communication skills for technical design and documentation. Bachelor's in CS, Tech, or equivalent experience. Understanding of front-end testing methodologies and frameworks like Jest, Cucumber.
