Role Responsibilities: Develop cutting-edge products and services that maximize business value and productivity, following Salesforce principles. Balance developer needs, operational viability, and technical feasibility to enhance our platforms. Collaborate continuously with Salesforce development teams, internal teams, security, operations, and business partners. Work closely with the Platform team and stakeholders to deliver software solutions and process improvements. Define specifications and requirements for integrations and platform deliverables in collaboration with CRM product teams. Promote best practices across development teams to ensure cohesive platform design and adherence to internal standards. Deliver value through efficient coding and high-quality implementations. Champion and promote DevSecOps best practices across the development teams. Mentor and train team members on platform capabilities and DevSecOps practices as needed. Drive innovation in AI capabilities utilization within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud. Follow Agile best practices, including the Scaled Agile Framework and Kanban methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of software engineering experience, specifically with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud. Strong understanding of the development lifecycle, particularly with Salesforce Core Sales, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. 3+ years of experience working with agile methodologies and writing features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Solid understanding of DevOps principles and the software development lifecycle (SDLC). 1+ year of experience with cloud platforms like Salesforce, and familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure, or AWS. Experience with Salesforce development and DevSecOps tools such as Copado, CodeScan, and SFDX. Exceptional communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities. Experience implementing AI features will be highly regarded. Salesforce certifications in relevant areas will be advantageous.
