\n Prepare flowcharts, perform coding, test/debug programs, and implement changes

\n Develop conversion and implementation plans and obtain required approvals

\n Document systems and recommend development/maintenance standards

\n Provide user training during conversion and implementation phases

\n Support mission-critical enterprise systems and resolve technical issues

\n Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in Agile ceremonies

\n \n Requirements: \n \n Must-Haves: \n \n Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

\n Minimum 5 years in a technical or analytical role, including 4 years programming experience

\n Proven ability to manage small to medium-sized projects independently

\n Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

\n Experience in Agile methodology and product/platform-based models
