Position Overview: As a Software Engineer II focused on Workday Financials, you will be part of a dynamic and newly established remote team. Collaborating closely with Workday Consulting partners, you will leverage your technical expertise to develop innovative solutions for our Workday Financials implementation. Key Responsibilities: Configure Workday Financial Management modules to meet specific business requirements. Diligently investigate and resolve issues related to Workday configurations. Develop flexible and maintainable solutions in alignment with company standards and best practices. Enhance and maintain existing systems by addressing issues, remediating security vulnerabilities, and boosting system performance. Engage actively in planning and user story analysis, providing valuable feedback for better outcomes. Contribute to the resolution of business challenges through well-implemented technical solutions based on sound design principles. Participate in and adhere to established software development processes. Document software changes, outlining best practices and standards. Stay updated with trends, tools, and technologies through ongoing training and professional development. Embrace additional responsibilities as needed. What We Are Looking For: A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. Typically, at least 3 years of experience in Workday configurations. 1+ years of professional software design and development experience is preferred. Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, especially Agile/Lean methodologies. Knowledge of technologies such as Workday's Business Process Framework, Workday Studio, EIB, and Azure DevOps is beneficial. A collaborative spirit to thrive in a remote work environment. Compensation: Salary range: $71,883.22 - $132,757.01. Individual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
