As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in analyzing data, designing and debugging conversion tools, and ensuring quality assurance for our outputs. This position requires exceptional multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to navigating the fast-paced and dynamic environment. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $77,000, depending on your experience and location. This role may be performed in a hybrid capacity from our offices located in Springfield, MO; Monett, MO; or Birmingham, AL. Your Responsibilities: Develop technical designs and prototypes, engage in software development, and conduct bug verification and resolution using Visual Studio and C#. Perform systematic analysis and programming tasks that may include debugging and SQL database scripting. Provide project updates and effort estimates utilizing DevOps and Git. Ensure timely and quality software delivery by collaborating with the QA team. Build and test applications aligned with business requirements and industry best practices. Work closely with the customer support team to diagnose and resolve defects. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum of 18 months of experience in object-oriented programming. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with programming languages such as C# and SQL. Understanding of image file formats at a hexadecimal level (e.g., PDF, TIFF, JPEG).
