The Role
We're building a new way for homeowners to interact with their properties and security systems-centered around a 3D model of the home in a beautifully designed app for iPad and iPhone. As a Product Engineer, you will help design, develop, and deliver this experience to a wide user base.
We're looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and deeply cares about user experience. You should be strategic about building for the long term and enjoy collaborating with teammates to create reliable, scalable, and maintainable applications. You'll solve challenging problems, shape product roadmaps, and influence development approaches.

Responsibilities Design and develop performant, scalable, end-to-end user-facing systems
Build secure, high-reliability features and APIs with low latency
Partner with designers and AI engineers to refine the user experience
Iterate quickly on prototypes and ship polished features to production
Build systems with security as a core priority for large-scale consumer use
Qualifications BS in Computer Science + 3 years of industry experience, or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent training/experience
Proficiency in Python for backend development
Experience building and maintaining end-user applications with React (web) and SwiftUI (iOS)
Backend service development using Python and RESTful APIs
Experience with real-time protocols like WebSocket
Ability to create internal tools and debugging utilities using Python or JavaScript
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable deployment
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have Exposure to 3D graphics libraries (Unity, Unreal Engine, OpenGL, Metal)
Familiarity with end-to-end testing frameworks and deployment automation
Knowledge of video streaming solutions
