We are seeking Software Engineers who are passionate about Agile and eXtreme Programming principles to create innovative software solutions for our commercial clients. Key Responsibilities: Craft high-quality, reusable code to develop dynamic user interfaces across various platforms. Enhance testing frameworks and improve test automation while promoting software craftsmanship. Deliver elegant and high-performing solutions to surprise and delight both customers and partner engineers. Monitor and assess the performance and reliability of our applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on developing commercial and fleet software solutions. Implement Test-First and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies. Build and integrate cloud-native services using innovative technologies and Ford enterprise systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or a combination of education and relevant experience. 3+ years of experience in front-end development. 3+ years with object-oriented programming languages, such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Kotlin, Python, or C#. Hands-on experience with modern relational and non-relational databases. 1+ years of experience in developing and deploying on cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure. Proven expertise in building web UIs with frameworks like React.js or Angular. Proficiency with debugging tools and CI/CD pipeline tools (e.g., Jenkins, Terraform). Familiarity with end-to-end test automation frameworks. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science or a similar field. Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles. Experience with eXtreme Programming (XP) practices such as Pair/Mob programming and TDD. Knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot and RESTful web service development. Exposure to machine learning, mathematical modeling, or data analysis. Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases. Comfortable with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, backlogs, user stories, sprints). Ability to work effectively with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and business stakeholders. In-depth expertise in React.js (including Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, Flux) and front-end programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience with performance testing frameworks (Mocha, Jest) and a passion for pair programming and collaborative code review. Strong foundation in data modeling.
