As a Software Engineer on the Engineering Productivity Pod, you will build infrastructure and tools to enhance the effectiveness of the engineering team, collaborating across the organization to streamline processes and improve software delivery quality. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain internal tools that improve engineering workflows and productivity. • Help scale and support our cloud infrastructure with a focus on cost efficiency and reliability. • Contribute to infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools. • Collaborate with other teams to identify bottlenecks and deliver high-leverage solutions. • Participate in system design and code reviews to uphold engineering best practices. Qualifications: Required: • Proficient in Cloud Infra technologies like AWS and Kubernetes. • Experience with Infrastructure as Code. • Exposure with Docker Containers. • Proficiency in Python at a Mid Level. Preferred: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 3+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering. • Experience in a production environment with uptime-critical systems. • Interest in developer experience, productivity, and systems optimization. • Familiarity with CI/CD tools & observability platforms (GitHub Actions, Prometheus, Grafana).
