The Staking Validators team is responsible for operating all staking-related nodes at Coinbase.

We operate the largest validators fleet in the world : The team's mandate is to onboard, operate, and optimize proof-of-stake network infrastructure at Coinbase.

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).

Pay Range:

$152,405-$179,300 USD

AI Disclosure
