Work you’ll do You will act as a backend developer supporting large-scale innovative projects involving the design, implementation, deployment, and high-performance tuning of large datasets in graph databases. Your role includes building visualizations for customer impact, working closely with analysts, operators, and software engineers, and writing efficient graph retrieval and analytic traversal queries to surface critical insights.
Responsibilities:
Create new datasets for existing platforms.
Develop extract/transform/load (ETL) services.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand domain requirements and enhance solutions.

Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in system engineering, computer science, information systems, or related technical field.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph.
Willingness to work onsite five days a week.
8+ years of professional software development experience.
Experience with Object-Oriented programming languages (Java, C#).
Proficiency with build tools such as Gradle or Maven.
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for containerization and deployment.
Familiarity with Git.
Ability to travel approximately 50% based on project needs.
Preferred:
Experience with graph databases like Neo4j.
Data modeling expertise in graph databases.
High-performance tuning of graph databases.
Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
Understanding of SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations.
The salary range for this role is estimated between $113,325 and $188,875, considering factors such as experience, skills, certifications, and organizational needs. Compensation is not typically at the top of this range upon hiring, and decisions depend on individual circumstances. Additionally, participation in a discretionary annual incentive program may be possible, depending on performance and other factors.
