About This Opportunity: As a Site Reliability Engineer II (aka: SRE II), you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the reliability, performance, and scalability of our cloud infrastructure and applications. You’ll blend systems engineering with software development practices to support continuous integration and delivery, incident response, infrastructure automation, and more. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll partner across departments to drive DevOps excellence and ensure the resilience of our enterprise-grade systems.

Things You’ll Do Here: Lead and execute infrastructure and reliability initiatives, ensuring alignment with business requirements and timelines. Maintain and optimize cloud-hosted infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Troubleshoot and resolve incidents impacting application performance, system health, or availability. Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to infrastructure support needs. Manage CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and automated software delivery. Identify and address gaps in site reliability engineering practices to drive continuous improvement. Partner with development teams to enhance adoption of DevOps and CI/CD methodologies. Conduct security reviews and implement remediations based on findings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Systems Administrators, Developers, QA, Analysts, and Product—to ensure seamless systems integration and operational success. What You’ll Bring to the Team: 4+ years in Systems Engineering, DevOps, or SRE. Strong experience designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines in production environments and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps, AWS, GCP). Proficiency in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python). Strong understanding of Windows/Linux systems and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible). A plus if you have… Experience in network configuration (security groups, load balancers). Experience with Kubernetes in production. Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Dynatrace). Background supporting compliance audits or using security tools like Vanta or Invicti.

Where You’ll Work: This is a fully remote position, and we’ll provide all the necessary equipment! Work Environment: You’ll need a quiet workspace that is free from distractions. Technology: Reliable internet connection—if you can use streaming services, you’re good to go!
