Job Title: Site Civil Project Engineer
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Civil Site Group as a Project Engineer. The role involves working closely with a Project Manager and other staff members to drive the design on a variety of civil/site development projects. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, including mixed-use, multi-family, subdivisions, commercial, government, and healthcare, with the potential for quick career advancement into project management and client development roles.
Responsibilities
Assist in the management of complex projects ensuring timely and profitable completion.
Design site layouts, perform grading and drainage design, and handle permitting of commercial and residential site development projects.
Effectively communicate with internal staff and clients throughout the project.
Participate in project proposals and presentations as necessary.
Essential Skills
Project management
Civil engineering
Proficiency in Civil 3D
Experience in land development and site development
Professional engineering skills in grading, roadway design, and utility design
EIT certification
PE License (preferred)
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
5+ years of experience in land development project management (preferred)
Experience managing design of site layouts, grading, drainage, utility, and permitting
Effective leadership and communication skills

The work environment is mainly in-office, with the option to work remotely one day a week once settled in. The role may require some site visits. The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
