Summary The Service Field Engineer position must have an Automotive Industry experience as this is a key liaison between Toyota Group related Companies and Distributors in the Caribbean Islands / Latin America as Regional Headquarter for (24) Territories. Requires Automotive Industry experience to effectively oversee distributor service operations and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement. Monitor and follow up monthly Service KPI’s per distributor to assure targets are achieved (CPU’s, BPU’s, FIR (Fix it right), FCRt - CRt (Customer Retention rate), VIN CRt, NPS, CPS, BPS, WLR, GP, SAR (Service Absorption rate), TE (Tech’s efficiency), among others. Lead, prepare and coordinate Service Conferences (CRU) and especial events. Responsible to prepare and follow up action plan for each distributor providing countermeasures to improve their operations. Develop effective relationship with Distributors (Top Management, General Manager, Service Manager, Parts Manager, Customers relation Manager) to assure effective Customers relations that result in positive Customer Satisfaction. Visit Distributors and their customers to identify possible areas of improvement and create effective Kaizen activities. Prepare KPI reports and business trip reports and present them to management. Prepare presentations and present it to Distributors and upper management. Perform profitability analysis, reviews, and consultation with Distributors management to help dealers drive increased revenue and profits. Achieve assigned service sales objectives. (HINO and Forklifts) Support / implement / follow up Safety related Special Service Campaigns like Takata. Responsible to coordinate and support Distributor Budget preparation (including assumptions, UIO, marketing plan, sales per CPUS). EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in a related business field. 3–6 years of experience in related field. Available to travel 60% Spanish Speaking and French Speaking a plus QUALIFICATIONS Automotive Experience is a must. COMPUTER SKILLS Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet search engines. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English and Spanish. Must have excellent communication skills and writing ability to communicate with customers, vendors and sales staff. Flexible Work Arrangement
